The transition from youth to adulthood is a distinct phase characterized by identity exploration, self-focus, instability, feeling in-between adolescence and maturity, and a world of life possibilities. As emerging adults navigate this distinctive period, they must acquire life skills for adults, often referred to as "Adulting".

Our adulting lessons aim to expose the audience to ideas, paths, concepts, ways to look at things that they are unfamiliar with or are afraid to ask.
These lessons bring relevant topics to the audience because they may not know where to start.

These life skills lessons are delivered
in person in a seminar format with up to 25 attendees or virtual. Private lessons are also available. The presentations are personable, engaging, and interactive.
At different points in the presentation, the audience will be able to contribute to live polls, Q&As, quizzes, and word clouds.
